However, by popular demand due to primarily schooling reasons, the contest deadline has been extended back one week. The deadline is now Thursday, April 26th. All contestants may take the extra time to finish, add new features, or test their submissions. All contestants may now begin working on their maps as soon as they register. Furthermore, we will be allowing registration up until one week after the contest officially begins--that is, until February 15th. However, with the delayed uploading of the forums, and only a recent broadcasting of the events on community sites, the start and finish have been bumped ahead one week.
